As part of our Production team, you help manufacture our pharmaceutical products, including intravaginal rings, tablets, and autoinjectors. Below, you can learn more about the different areas within Production.
Ring Manufacturing
In our Ring Manufacturing department, we produce intravaginal rings used in women’s health. These are polymer-based drug delivery systems that are placed in the vagina and designed to release an active pharmaceutical ingredient in a controlled way over time. This type of delivery can provide extended drug release without the need for daily dosing.
Tablet Manufacturing
In addition to rings, we manufacture tablets, including products used in fertility treatment. Tablet production takes place within our Dry Pharmaceutical Production area, commonly referred to as DPP, where tablets are manufactured through several different process steps.
The work requires a high level of accuracy, both when documenting process data and when handling raw materials, materials, and pharmaceutical products. Production takes place in cleanrooms and other classified areas, where the environment is carefully controlled. As a Production employee, you follow specific hygiene and gowning procedures when entering and working in these areas.
Autoinjector Assembly
In our Autoinjector department, we assemble autoinjectors used by patients who administer their medication themselves. As part of the team, you help ensure that each device is assembled correctly and meets the required quality standards.
Packaging
Packaging is another important part of our Production department. Here, tablets are packaged in both bottles and blister packs. Employees make sure the machines are set up correctly, carry out regular IPC checks and line clearance, and help ensure that the equipment and process are working as intended.
Requirements
Across all our Production departments, operators, technicians, and administrative colleagues work together to ensure that our pharmaceutical products are manufactured and packaged according to the required quality standards. The work requires you to follow written instructions carefully, work in a structured way, and follow GMP and other applicable procedures.
For many roles within Production, previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry is not necessarily required. What matters is that you are responsible, detail-oriented, comfortable following instructions, and enjoy working as part of a team.
